£1.2million office refurbishment begins at Charlotte Place, Southampton

Kingsbridge Estates have now commenced with their extensive refurbishment works at Charlotte Place,  one of Southampton’s most prominent office locations.

The £1.2million project will ensure the 9-storey 80,000 sq ft building is upgraded with a clearer access route and an extended double height glazed reception area.  The extensive works, being carried out by Amiri Construction, will also feature a new first-floor business lounge with breakout and collaborative spaces.

In keeping with Kingsbridge’s sustainability commitment the works will provide improved energy-efficient lighting, as well as access to secure bicycle parking, showers and lockers, and electric vehicle charging points.

Charlotte Place is a prime example of the company’s commitment to creating exciting and dynamic spaces – in this case taking a local landmark building and investing in it to create an exceptional office environment.
