Kingsbridge Invest in Southampton in Record Time!

Kingsbridge Estate has bought Cumberland House in Southampton city centre for circa £3.5m from Helical Bar.

The 30,755 sq ft property at Cumberland Place close to Southampton’s central rail station formed part of a larger portfolio sold by Standard Life to Helical Bar.

Lucite International, part of Misubishi Corporation and local solicitors Coffin Mew are tenants at the building which has a rent roll of just over £200,000 pa. The remaining 24,000 sq ft of offices available have been refurbished and are being marketed by Realest and JLL.
