Smith & Williamson become new occupier at Kingsbridge Estates’ Southampton Property

Acting on behalf of Kingsbridge Estates, Realest have now successfully let the 4th and 5th floors of Cumberland House to Smith & Williamson, one of the UK’s leading accountancy firms.

The deal which see Smith & Williamson taking the top two floors of Cumberland House totalling 7,278 sqft represents one of the largest letting in Southampton city centre this year. The deal completes a very successful 12 months for Cumberland House following the letting by Realest of Ground, first and second floors to Regus late last year.

Kingsbridge Estates, the owners of Cumberland House, are pleased that Smith & Williamson will be moving into the property.
